The Kevlacat 2400 Express is designed for serious offshore operators who want comfort and capability in all conditions.
Based on the ever-popular 6.2 metre model, the new 6.5 metre Express delivers a drier, softer ride with enhanced sea-keeping and stability — while remaining fully trailerable for easy transport.
With a fully enclosed hardtop cabin, the Express offers protection from the elements without sacrificing performance or practicality. Inside, the larger forward cabin provides ample space for rest and storage, making it ideal for longer trips or unpredictable weather.

Kevlacat’s composite construction includes bulkheads running hull to hull and a Kevlar-reinforced laminate bonded with vinylester resin for maximum strength and impact resistance.

Standard inclusions like power-boosted disc brakes, independent suspension, and waterproof bearings ensure smooth handling and reliability both on and off the ramp.
